Saffron Portuguese Serradura

#technique7 Saffron Partuguese Seradurra as the name suggests this is a delicious dessert of Partugal. This is made out of biscuit crumbs, fresh cream and saffron.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1 pinch

saffron

2 tsp

milk

As required

pistachios powder

As needed

saffron strands

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all soak the saffron strand in the for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Grind the biscuits to make crumbs.

* Step 3

Blend the cream for sometime with the help of a hand blender.

* Step 4

Then add condensed milk and saffron milk in it and again blend it well for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 5

Then take a glass and put biscuit crumbs at the bottom of the glass and make a layer of it.

* Step 6

Then pour some saffron mixed cream over it.

* Step 7

Then again some biscuit crumbs.

* Step 8

Like that make layer up-to the top of the glass.

* Step 9

Then garnish with some pista powder, splitted cashew nuts and saffron strands over it.

* Step 10

Now this dessert is ready and then keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

* Step 11

Then enjoy endlessly this Portuguese style dessert.
