Navratan pulao

#MMC2019 Navratan pulao is so rich in taste. This is so delicious in taste which is a good combination of paneer, vegetables and dry fruits.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1/2 cup

almonds

1/2 cup

cashew nuts

1/4 cup

raisins

1 inch

cloves

4 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan and put ghee in it and fry the dry fruits and keep them aside.

In the same pan put the paneer cubes and fry them till they become golden brown in colour and also keep them aside.

In the same pan put all the whole spices together and saute them for 20 seconds.

Then add all the chopped veggetables together and saute it and cover it for 5-6 minutes till they become cooked.

Then add salt and boiled rice in it and mix it well.

Add sugar, fried paneer and dry fruits in it.

Mix it well and again cook it for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.

Now your Navratan pulao is ready.
