Banana Jaggery Ghee Malpua

Holi is incomplete without making the traditional sweets 'malpuas'. Malpuas are the one of most important sweet dish in holi. I made Banana jaggery malpuas which are most flavourful and are also healthy one. I use wheat flour instead of using all purpose flour and Jaggery instead of using sugar.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble all the ingredients together.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together for making the batter.
* Step 3
Heat a pan and add ghee in it and then add a ladle of that batter in it and shallow fry them one after another.
* Step 4
Cook both sides till golden brown.
* Step 5
Prepare all the malpuas by shallow frying.
* Step 6
In the meantime put a pan on the gas stove with water and then add the Jaggery in it.
* Step 7
Boil it for 5-6 minutes and prepare the jaggery syrup (no need of any consistency).
* Step 8
Put all the malpuas in it one after another (just dip them for 1 minute and then remove them).
* Step 9
Now your Malpuas are ready. Garnish with some splitted cashew nuts and pistachios and serve.
