Custard kakera

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all make the custard.
* Step 2
Then add the salt, sugar,ghee and 1 cup prepared custard into it and mix it well.
* Step 3
Put milk in a vessel and then add custard powder and sugar and mix it well. After a little thickening of the milk switch off the flame and keep it aside.
* Step 4
For making kakera take water in a kadai and allow it to boil.
* Step 5
Then add the salt, sugar, ghee and 1 cup of prepared custard into it and mix it well.
* Step 6
Then add the semolina into it and stir it continuously to make a dough.
* Step 7
Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.
* Step 8
Knead it with your hand by greasing the hand with ghee.
* Step 9
Then make the kakera pithas and dip fry them in oil. Your custard kakeras are now ready to serve. You may store them in air tight container for two days.
