water

3/4 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

ghee

1/2 tbsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add water to boil. Then add salt, ghee and sugar to it. Atlast add the suji slowly by continuously stirring. Make a smooth dough in medium flame.

* Step 2

In that pan add the crumbled chena,jaggery and cardamom powder. Cook for about 4-5minute. When it completely dry switch off the flame.

* Step 3

Knead the dough with your palm.

* Step 4

Make small balls of the dough and make bowl shape with grease palm and add the stuffing inside it and make rolls of all the balls.

* Step 5

Then deep fry in oil.Enjoy it.
