Hot Pepper Mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In blender chop peppers and vinegar together till well chopped. Add to sugar, yellow mustard, garlic, and salt.

* Step 2

Bring to a boil, cooking about 5 minutes. Mix 1 1/2 -2 cups flour with enough water to make it pourable. Add to hot mixture gradually to avoid lumping mixing well.

* Step 3

Transfer to jars and seal. Yeilds 8-9 pints.
