Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line baking tray with greaseproof paper and put the oven on to 150°
* Step 2
Put egg yolks, cheese & salt in a bowl and whisk on low until creamy and smooth
* Step 3
In another bowl whisk egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff like meringue
* Step 4
Carefully fold the whites in dollops into the yolk mix rotating the bowl. I did this in 4 stages.
* Step 5
Put 6 big dollops onto the tray and press down slightly with egg spatula
* Step 6
Put in oven and cook for about 30 minutes until golden brown then cool for few minutes before transferring to wire rack.
* Step 7
Butter the flat sides and make sandwiches
