Buffalo chicken tacos
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute onions with mexican seasoning for about 5 minutes. Then add diced chicken. Cook throughly
* Step 2
Add your buffalo sauce to the pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes
* Step 3
While chicken is cooking, make your corn avocado topping. Corn, carrots, celery, lettuce, and lime juice. Toss to combine.
* Step 4
Heat your tortillas and construct your tacos. Add blue cheese cilantro ranch and extra blue chunks. Enjoy
