Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute onions for a couple minutes in oil. About 3
* Step 2
While onions are sautéing, cut up rest of veggies. Garlic, bell peppers, green onions. Add to pot. Cook till tender. About 7 -10 minutes
* Step 3
Add tomatoes, broth,salsa, cilantro, cumin, sour cream, oregano, salt pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer. About 7 -10 minutes
* Step 4
Enjoy. I added 2 tbls of flour while simmering to add some thicknesses
