THAI inspired ground turkey with basil stir fry
Serve it on a bed of rice .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add oil and garlic. Cook till fragrant. Remove garlic.
* Step 2
Thinly julienne onion and bell peppers.
* Step 3
Saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
* Step 4
Add turkey. Cook till browned.
* Step 5
While turkey is cooking, make sauce. Add siracha, sugar,fish sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. Mix together set aside
* Step 7
Add peppers back to the pot. Stir in, cook 2 minutes.
* Step 8
Add basil, cook till wilted. About to 2 minutes.
* Step 9
Add sauce, cook until the sauce is all soaked up. 2 to 5 minutes depending on how much sauce u add
