This stuffed bun pav bhaji taste delicious which is crispy outside and soft inside .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take warm milk in a bowl add dry yeast,salt and sugar mix well and keep it for 20 minutes.Take all purpose flour in another bowl and add butter and mix well with the flour and add the prepared yeast and milk and knead into soft dough cover it with damp cloth and keep for 4 hours for proofing.
* Step 2
Next prepare bhaji chopped all veggies and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistle.Next heat a pan add butter and cumin seeds let it splutter and then add chopped onion fry till it becomes soft and light brown in color.
* Step 3
Next add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off and add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum and saute till it becomes soft.
* Step 4
Next add all the spices and mix well and saute for a minute and then add the cooked veggies and mix well smashed the veggies nicely and add chopped coriander leaves. The bhaji is ready keep in side.Don't add any water as we want to keep it try.
* Step 5
After the dough proofed punch it and make roll soft and make small dough ball and flat in your palms or roll on any flat surface and put bhaji stuffing in centre and add grated cheese along with the bhaji and close it and make round bun shape make this way and keep in a baking tray by spreading some flour on that and place all the buns and keep in oven for 20minutes on 200° and brush milk on top of every bun.

The delicious bun pav bhaji is ready serve it hot.
