Paneer tikka with gravy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a paste of curd mixing all spices and kasturi methi cut into medium of paneer, capsicum, tomato, onion and mix in the batter made for paneer tikka and add one tbsp oil and marinate and keep for 1 hour next take skewers and one by one add veggies and paneer and keep in oven for 15 to 20 minutes to get it roasted.For making gravy take 2 tomatoes, 6 to 7 cashew 1 onion,4 garlic clove and grind and make smooth paste.

* Step 2

Take pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add tez patta, clove and cardamon next add jeera and let splutter them next add ginger garlic paste and saute till it starts leaving oil.

* Step 3

Next add water use as per how much thick you want the gravy and serve hot with chapati the gravy and paneer tikka.
