Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1.take boiled corn or frozen corn. blend to coarse paste without adding any water. transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl. also add boiled and mashed potato.

2.additionally add onion, capsicum, chilli and ginger paste. add spices and salt. also add ¼ cup bread crumbs. or crumble fresh bread.

* Step 3

3.add in 1 tbsp roasted besan / gram flour and coriander leaves mint leaves add 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp of boiled corn and crushed black pepper. also add lemon juice.

* Step 4

4.combine everything well to form a further, make bullet shaped kababs greasing hand with oil and you see wooden strews.

* Step 5

Deep fry till it becomes golden brown keeping on low flame

Tasty kababs ready to eat serve with tomato sauce or green chutni
