Stir-Fried cabbage and onion with cumin
I started making this during my first year away at university many years ago when cheap was as high priority as tasty. It makes a great side dish with any grilled meat or fish. Or you can load a portion on to a wedge of nice bread, top with a piece of mozarrella or grated cheese and stick under the grill for a couple of minutes to make an original and very tasty bruschetta. Hope you enjoy it 😊
