8 minute open-face cheese sandies
I make no-knead bread and love white cheddar. I avoid the "cheezwiches" soaked in butter I adored as a child. This is amazingly good.
Ingredient

8-10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice bread and place cheese slice on bread
* Step 2
Set toaster oven at highest setting for toast that doesn't burn the toast you usually toast w/out cheese.
* Step 3
Place bread with cheese to top in toaster oven.
* Step 5
Voilà!
No butter, no fuss. Well, some of us like it.
It's okay with Romano or Parmesan, but great w/ White Cheddar. (Cabot Special at Costco)
* Step 6
It's easy to use too much cheese so it melts over the slice of bread. I'm working on it, let me know if you ever get it right :)
