Healthy Oaty Pancakes with Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Use a blender to smooth the oats into a flour. I used a vitamix which does it really fast. Mix all the ingredients into one bowl. Should look something like this! Leave the mixture for about 30 minutes.

Put oil in the pan. Let it heat up a few seconds then get a large spoon and pour in the pan gently.

* Step 3

Cook on both sides. Each side is done in about 90 seconds. Flip it if you are feeling brave! I just chopped up some strawberries and piled on some yogurt and agave nectar. Delicious!
