besan

1/4 tsp

haldi powder

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

4 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a besan, Buttermilk, haldi and salt in a large bowl. And proper mix it. Grease a kitchen platform or thali with a oil.

Pour batter in to heavy bottomed pan and cook on low flame.

Keep stirring constantly and avoid lump formation.

Cook until mixture becomes thick.

Transfer a batter with help of spetula on greased thali or kitchen platform. And slowly spread.

And cool for 4 to 5 min.

And cut strips. And carefully roll strips and transfer in serving plate.

Heat oil add muster seeds, sesame seeds, and cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies.and prepare tadka and pour in khandvi. And then add dry coconut powder and Coriander leaves. Serve hot.
