Ingredient

500 gms

mava / khoya

2 tsp

ghee

1/2 cup

milk powder

11/2 cup

grind sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, you take a medium bottom pan on a slow gas flame, then add ghee. Add mava as soon as ghee melts.

* Step 2

Mix Mava and ghee properly. Then add milk powder and sugar.

* Step 3

Add grated paneer, elaichi powder and pista once mixture become proper thick.

* Step 4

Cook for 10 min on slow gas flame. Now mixture is ready, switch off the gas.

* Step 5

Grease the tin and add mixture. Set for half and hour.

* Step 6

After it is set, cut the pieces of Burfi mixture and serve. Garnish with pistachio.
