Spinach aapam with Italian seasoning

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First soak rice and urad daal over night, then morning first you can grind rice and make a smooth paste. Then you can grind urad daal and make a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Mix both well. And add Dahi.

* Step 3

Then add salt, chilli flakes,pizza seasoning,spinach puree, colour capsicum and mix it well.

* Step 4

Take aapam maker and grease with butter on medium flame gas.

* Step 5

Take a tadka bowl add butter and mustardseeds. Mustard seeds proper cooked add Ginger garlic paste and tadka pour in aapam mixture.

* Step 6

Then preheat aapam maker for 5 mins and then pour aapam mixture in this maker.

* Step 7

One side aapam is cooked and looks like brown so turn in other side and same cook.

* Step 8

So aapam is ready serve with sauce,masaladahi and pickle. Garnish with pizza seasoning and colour full capsicum.
