Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, you take a big bowl add multigrain wheat flour, Dahi all spices, jaggery, lasun and oil proper mix it well.
* Step 2
And add water mix it well.
* Step 3
Make a soft dough and rest for half an hour.
* Step 4
And then make a medium-sized balls and roll paratha.
* Step 5
And shallow fry the paratha till it becomes light pink and turn and shallow fry the other side.
* Step 6
And serve with dry fruits milk and aachar.
