Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a one big pan and add on medium gas. And add almonds and cashews for roasted.
* Step 2
5 to 7 min roasted almonds and cashews.
* Step 3
Take a dates without seeds.
* Step 4
Take a another pan and add ghee.
* Step 5
And add dates and roasted in ghee.
* Step 7
Proper smashed dates to make smooth mixture.
* Step 8
And prepared dry fruits mixture.
* Step 9
And dry fruits mixture add in dates mixture..
* Step 10
Prepare roll and set for half hours in freezer. And after set cut the round pieces.. serve with vanilla ice-cream.
