Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take chilled ice cream one scoop any flavour you can take of your choice and crush cornflakes.
* Step 2
And coating with first maida slurry coat with corn flakes.
* Step 3
After coating set in freeze and after 15 mins fry in a pan and serve hot..
* Step 4
Spread rose syrup then make round using ganache and put Ginger julienne and lemon zest on
* Step 5
Now put fried ice cream on this base and garnish with honey glaze or honey syrup you can decorate it with fruits, jelly and add chocolate chips and rose syrup.
