Raw papaya kofta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate the papaya mix it with onion chopped green chillies and Coriander leaves mix it with all the dry spices.
* Step 2
Make them into small balls. Deep fry it until golden brown.
* Step 3
Remove it out from the oil and put it in tissue paper. Take a pan add 2 Tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds when it starts crackling add chopped onion and saute. Until onion becomes golden brown add ginger garlic paste to it saute it.
* Step 4
Add tomato puree saute it till it released oil from it. Add dry spices like red chilli powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Mix them all add 1/2 cup water bring it to a boil. Now the papaya balls into it. Boil it. Add Kasuri methi to it.
* Step 5
Serve it hot with chapati or naan or rice.
