Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pressure Cook the beat root then grind into a fine paste. Mix the oats flour, gram flour carom seeds, asafoedita with, flax seed powder and 1tsp oil. Add the beatroot paste in it.
* Step 2
Add water to bring it to the dosa batter consistency.
* Step 3
Heat a pan spread some oil. Add the chilla batter spread it. Spread finely chopped onions and coriander on top of the chilla. Cover the pan with lid. After 2 min flip the side of the chilla. Cook it.
* Step 4
Serve it hot with prickles or chutney of your choice.
