Cooking instructions

Wash the fish properly. Add turmeric and salt to it.

Take a pan add oil to it. Fry the fish until golden brown.

* Step 3

Add some more oil add black cumin seeds one red or green chilli in it. Add the paste of mustard and poppy seeds. Add until the raw smell of paste goes. Add coriander powder, cumin powder turmeric powder to the paste. cook all of them. Pour 1/2 cup water. Bring all of them to a boil. Now the fryed fish cook it for 3 min in low flame. Add coriander leave finely chopped. Our dish is ready to be served with rice.
