matar( peas)

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the paneer in oil till it turn golden brown. Add onion ginger and garlic fry them until golden brown add tomatoes to it.

* Step 2

Grind all the ingredients well. Take another pan add oil to it. Cumin seeds, bayleaf chilli powder and turmeric powder to the oil. Now add the grinded paste into it. Add water to make it gravy. Now add matar (peas) into the gravy. Add coriander powder, cumin powder into the gravy.

* Step 3

Bring it to a boil. Add the fried paneer in it. Corn flour in the gravy to thicken it. Serve it hot with rice, roti or naan.
