Stuffed capsicum

capsicum

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add 1tsp of oil add cumin seeds to it. Allow it to splatter. Add onion finely chopped when it turns brown add ginger and garlic paste add tomatoes into it.

Sim the flame add boiled potatoes to it. Cumin powder coriander powder red chilli powder and turmeric to it.

Mix it well add. Add coriander leaves chopped.

Cut the capsicum into two halves and deseed it. Take a fry pan 1 tsp of oil put the capsicum halves into it to it and fry.

Now put the stuffing into the capsicum halves. Put some oil into the pan and Place the stuffed capsicum. Cover the pan for 5 mins. Remove it from the pan and serve it hot.
