Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan add oil to it. Put onion allow it turn brown add ginger and garlic finely chopped. Stir fry them. Add all the vegetables to it. Salt and freshly crushed pepper powder. Stir fry them till cooked.
* Step 2
In a pan add water and tsp of oil and add the noodles to it. Allow it to cook. Strain the water from it. Add the noodles to the vegetables mix it all
* Step 3
Add tomato and soya sauce to it. Stwich the flame off and serve it hot.
