Beatroot and carrot soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put a pressure cooker on gas. Pour 1tsp of oil. Once oil heated up put the onions, ginger and garlic onto it. Add the carrot and beat root chopped into it add the stock into it. Crushed pepper and salt for taste.
* Step 2
2 cups of vegetables stock or you can use chicken stock (optional). Pressure Cook it for 8 minutes.
* Step 3
Put you hand blender into the cooker blend it all into a fine paste. All some lime juice or cream. Serve it hot.
