Soy bathed zucchini
Another recipe made out of what's left in the fridge, came out quite well :D
Ingredient

Cooking time :
15-20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the onion and zucchini thinly
* Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan and fry the onion at high heat for around 5 minutes. Keep stirring frequently to avoid burning the onion
* Step 3
Add the zucchini and fry 5 more minutes aprox
* Step 4
Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds and oil, also the black pepper. Mix everything well and let it rest at low heat for another 5 minutes
* Step 5
When everything gets a juice gold brownish color let it rest for a minute
