Bread coated chicken salad

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coat the chicken with the minced bread & flour. Fry It with a flat pan. When it's getting brownish and crispy take It and dry It as much as possible. Finally, slice It.

* Step 2

Wash the Green bits and cut the cherry tomates by half, mix the salad in a deep bowl with the basil, salt, olive oil and the diced parmesan cheese.

* Step 3

Serve the salad and add the sliced chicken on top of It.

* Step 4

If you want, a good add to the recipe are the cesar salad sauce or the yogurt salad sauce.

* Step 5
