Onion capsicum pizza

Ingredient

pizza sauce

100 grams

mozzarella

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To prepare this pizza recipe, on a chopping board, slice the capsicum, onions and tomato. Transfer these in a large bowl. Now, grate the mozzarella cheese in a small bowl and set it aside. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Now, take the pizza base and spread the pizza sauce over it. Make sure that the pizza base is evenly coated. Now, sprinkle 1/2 of the grated cheese in it. Top it up with capsicum slices, onion slices and tomato slices. Spread the remaining mozzarella cheese over it. Finally, sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes over it.

Transfer the pizza base on the baking tray and place the tray in the preheated oven. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Once done, take it out of the oven and place it on a plate. Slice and serve it with a beverage of your choice!
