Paneer jalfrezi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the veggies. If needed Soak paneer in hot or warm water for a while. Cut length wise. Set aside.

* Step 2

Puree tomatoes and set aside.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and saute cumin until they crackle.

* Step 4

Fry onions until transparent. Fry ginger garlic paste to remove the raw smell.

* Step 5

Add tomato puree and fry until it thickens a bit.

* Step 6

Add spice powders and salt.

* Step 7

Fry until the raw smell of tomatoes is vanished.

* Step 8

Fry the bell peppers until half done.

* Step 9

Add paneer, kasuri methi and stir slowly to coat the spice paste well.

* Step 10

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not over cook.

* Step 11

Add coriander leaves and stir.

* Step 12

Garnish with coriander leaves.
