Egg Pepper Masala

Egg Pepper Masala

Ingredient

garam Masala

1 sprig

curry leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it crackles, add green chilies, curry leaves and onions

* Step 2

Saute until onion becomes translucent and wilted

* Step 3

Add all spice powders and mix well

* Step 4

Add salt and mix well. Cut eggs cut in halves and add to pan. Sprinkle little water

* Step 5

Eggs should be coated well with masalas well. Add vinegar and toss. Saute for few minutes.

* Step 6

Serve hot with rice or roti
