Buckwheat Chocolate Cake

Ingredient

corn flour

1/2 teaspoon

baking powder

1/8 teaspoon

baking soda

1/2 cup

brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder in a bowl and keep it aside

* Step 2

Preheat oven to 180 and line cake tin

* Step 3

Blend sugar and butter in a bowl for 5-6 minutes

* Step 4

Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat until pale and frothy

* Step 5

Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until well combined

* Step 6

Pour batter into prepared pan and level evenly

* Step 7

Bake for 18-25 minutes until done. Allow to cool for 30 minutes

* Step 8

Demould and cool completely. Serve as is or frost and serve
