Delicious healthy dosa from AP. It tastes best with coconut chutney/Sambhar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dals in water for 5 hours. drain excess water
* Step 2
Adding little water, grind dals to smooth batter
* Step 3
Add green chillies and ginger and grind coarsely
* Step 4
Add salt, rice flour and water to form smooth flowing consistency dosa batter
* Step 5
Pour laddle of batter and spread, add onions and gently stick to dosa
* Step 6
Drizzle oil on sides and top. cook both sides
* Step 7
Mark a triangle over dosa
* Step 8
Fold and transfer to serving plate
* Step 9
Serve hot with Sambhar and chutney
