Kesar Pista Coconut Rolls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a vessel, add milk powder, dessicated coconut, sugar and cardamom. Mix well
* Step 2
Add ghee and milk. Add 1 tbsp milk at a time. Do not add all at once
* Step 3
Knead into semi soft dough
* Step 4
Divide dough into 2 equal parts
* Step 5
To first dough add pistachio and green food colouring. Mix well
* Step 6
To second dough, add saffron and food colouring. Mix well
* Step 7
Grease 2 aluminium foils. Place dough on them
* Step 8
Roll the pista dough into rectangular shape
* Step 9
Roll Kesar dough into rectangular shape. Both should be of same size and shape
* Step 10
Flip and place one dough over the other
* Step 11
Using foil, roll them into log
* Step 12
Cover with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour
* Step 13
Trim edges of the log from both sides. Place silver varq on top
* Step 14
Cut them into equal sized rolls. Store in airtight container. Serve
