Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut burdock into strips.Slice cjicken anf marinate with soy sauce.
* Step 2
Heat pan and add.oil.Then stir fry chicken until the color changes.Then add garlic and shallots.
* Step 3
Then.add burdock mix and add black peppet,oyster sauce and a little water.
* Step 4
Cover and simmer until cook.
