Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend icecubes, curd, water, sugar and salt well until smooth. The Ghol has buttermilk consistency so you can adjust water as per preference
* Step 2
Add 1 tbsp zest and Gondhoraj Lemon juice. Depending on the tangy taste, you can add juice of half or 1 Gondhoraj Lemon. Lightly blend everything well
* Step 3
Pour in serving glass. Garnish with 1 TSP Zest and serve immediately
