Butter Bean Hummus
I had a craving for hummus but the chickpeas I thought I had in the cupboard were nowhere to be found. So I used white beans instead and they worked beautifully.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Simply add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
* Step 2
Taste the hummus and add more salt and lemon juice to taste. Add more aqua faba if you like a looser consistency.
