Gluten Free Dairy Free Carbonara

This carbonara recipe is based entirely on our Italian cuisine expert Miss Fluffys bucatini carbonara recipe (which is amazing). I used gluten free spaghetti and vegan cheese.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the spaghetti in boiling water and cook to the manufacturers instructions.

* Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, fry the bacon lardons in a little oil until crispy. Set to one side until the pasta is cooked.

* Step 3

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cheese with a fork.

* Step 4

Drain the pasta well and add it to your pan with the bacon in it over a low heat.

* Step 5

Add the eggs and cheese mix and stir gently (tongs are helpful here) for a few minutes until the eggs are gently cooked and creamy. Season with pepper and Serve!
