Roast Broccolini Spears 🥦
We eat this a lot as a side dish! Also works nicely with asparagus.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a baking tray with foil. Add your broccoli and drizzle it with the oil and soy. Use your hands to coat the spears with the oil.
* Step 2
Sprinkle with chilli powder to taste and then roast at 190 C for about 20-25 minutes.
