Pan Fried Smoked Tofu With Garlic & Sesame
I love tofoo as a brand, you don’t need to press it so you can make a meal or snack super quickly. You could have this with noodles and veg but I just eat it as it is!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the sesame oil in the pan and add the garlic and fry for a few minutes.
* Step 2
Add your tofu slices and he soy sauce. Cook on a high heat and let the soy reduce a little. Try not to burn the garlic!
* Step 3
Turn and fry on the other side for a few minutes, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with sweet chilli sauce or a soy sauce dip.
