Avocado & Parma Ham on Seeded Crackers 🥑

I speak from experience when I say it’s easy to overeat when you work from home 🏠 I have been trying to incorporate filling breakfasts with satiating healthy fats and protein. I found these seeded crackers in a local Farm shop and they are far superior to the ones I’ve been making at home. Such a treat topped with avocado and Parma ham and you could always have toast instead of crackers. More of a #breakfastidea than a recipe!

Parma ham

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash the avocado in a bowl and stir in the chopped Parma ham. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 2

Top the crackers with your avocado mix.
