Crunchy Potato Skin Dippers
This is a real #budgetbasic snack! My children like baked jacket potatoes but they don’t like eating the skins. So that they don’t go to waste, I take the potatoes out of their skins before I serve them with their toppings (which is also the children’s preference). Then I bake them and eat them with salt and mayo, yum! Waste not want not!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drizzle the skins with oil and bake in the oven for 15 mins at 190 C.
* Step 2
Season with salt and eat with mayo 😋
