Smoked Sausage Omelette
My children eat very different food from me, for a start they are not intolerant of eggs so I can practice my omelette making skills on them for our #cookpadcookeryschool 🥚 #lunchideas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice the sausage and dry fry it in a non stick pan for a few minutes.
* Step 2
Add the marg, then add the beaten egg into the frying pan. Gently sir the egg until it starts to set on the base. Use a wooden spatula to creat a groove and allow the runny egg to flow into the channel.
* Step 3
Stop stirring now to allow the base to set. When the base is set and starting to turn golden, flip half the omelette over before serving.
