Quick Garlic Tomato Bruschetta
This quick and easy snack relies on the natural beauty of good, fresh produce. I used a large fresh heirloom tomato, with good quality garlic olive oil and gorgeous bakery bread made with turmeric. Recipe from the #cookpadkitchen
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Toast the bread. While it’s toasting, mix the diced tomato with the olive oil. Spoon the tomatoes onto the toast and then season generously.
