Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring the milk to a large heavy bottom kadai,boil it on high flame and stir continuesly till it became 1/3 in quantity.
* Step 2
Add lemon juice,turn flame low and cook for 1/2 min.
* Step 3
Now add sugar,ghee and elaichi powder and cook till mixture become thick and left the sides.
* Step 4
Transfer this mixture in greased plate and cover it,set aside for 4to5 hours.
* Step 5
After setting milk cake cut into squares and serve.
