Pumpkin cinnamon oats

My son stopped eating pumpkins, so I thought I will add them into his daily bowl of oats. As I was tasting it, I realised it could use some spices so added some cinnamon sugar and it went perfectly.

Ingredient

1 Cup

Water

1 Cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the oats in water. As it gets gluggy, add the shredded pumpkin and milk and leave to simmer.

* Step 2

It should take around 15 to 20 mins to get the right consistency. If you like it liquidy you can add more milk or water.

* Step 3

Add the cinnamon sugar, a pinch of salt.

* Step 4

Pour into the serving bowl and drizzle with honey.
