Love bombs
Deep fried mashed potato stuffed with beef mince, boiled egg, and cheese.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil and saute shallots, garlic. Add the beef mince and cook it through. Season, and add coriander leaves. Set aside to cool.
* Step 2
Mash the boiled potatoes, and flatten it across your palm. Make a tiny depression and add a little beef pince, one portion of a boiled egg, and cheese.
* Step 3
Close your palm to seal the bomb and shape it as you like.
* Step 4
Shape the rest in the same manner. If you run out of filling, you can still shape them into balls to fry.
* Step 5
Dip the bombs in the egg white, and then coat in bread crumbs.
* Step 7
Don't wait for it to cool, fight with your kids for a piece. The burnt tongue is part of the experience.
